We are collecting these leaves with a theory: The business we think of as tradition is pieced together, a syncretic faith made of found objects some found and some invented.
It's old, for sure. Most of all, its a
constant creolization of the old world into the new.
One is tempted to make a faith out of "Flashlight." After all, it promises that "Everyone's got a little light under the sun."
